Main House

The original Spanish style house was built in the late 1930s. It had 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, large living room with beautiful fireplace and high beamed ceilings on the main floor. On the lower level was large bonus room with views of farm land and mountains, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, guest bath, laundry room and pine paneled office/bedroom.

Our renovation completed in 2020 included all new plumbing and updating all electrical. We created an open floor plan on the lower level removing the wall between the dining room and kitchen, maintaining the original arched detail. Completely renovated the kitchen and guest bath and added new tile flooring. In addition, we renovated the fireplace in bonus room to reflect Spanish style of home and installed new LVP flooring.

On the main level we renovated the guest bath, created master bedroom suite (new windows to take advantage of views) adding new master bath and walk-in closet in place of one of the guest bedrooms.
