Delta Cottage

The Delta cottage was built in the 1960s. It is a 864 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 1 bath cozy little cottage built on piers directly on the Fabian & Bell canal. The canal provides direct access to the entire California Delta and San Francisco Bay.

The interior improvements we made were new paint, installing new luxury vinyl plank flooring, new fans in bedrooms, light fixtures, new kitchen appliances and air conditioner. External improvements include new fencing, repairing dry rot exterior wood, deck with new redwood planks, new paint and lower dock restoration with ladder. We also built shed on dock to store kayaks and water toys.

The cottage has all the comforts of home with a great wood stove, Wifi, TV, air conditioner and wall heater to provide a special little getaway.
